  1. Physical Therapists – Minimum Requirements-Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy with at least 1-2 years related experience. NPTE passing Certificate and Visa Screen Certificate a must.
  2. Occupational Therapists - Minimum Requirements-Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy with 1-2 years related experience. NBCOT-OTR passing Certificate and Visa Screen Certificate (VCVC) a must.
  3. Speech Language Pathologists – Minimum Requirements-Masters Degree with 1-2 years related experience. (May be required to take Praxis and CFY as per state requirements)
  4. Registered Nurses - Bachelor Degree or 3 years diploma after high school needed. Need CGFNS or NCLEX and Visa Screen. Certificate a must with minimum 1-2 years related experience.

  3. I am a Physical Therapist, after I apply for verification with ICD for NJ what should I do next?

    After you finish your credential evaluation with ICDEL, you need to contact the State of New Jersey and request an application packet for licensure. The packet will be mailed to you, since the application is not available online.

  5. How can I get an application for Visa Screen Certification?

    Physical Therapists can apply either from:
    CGFNS - if applicant has NO US License
    FCCPT - if applicants holds US License

    Occupational Therapists
    CGFNS - if applicant has NO US License
    NBCOT - if applicant passed NBCOT exam

    NURSES
    CGFNS - applicant should have at least one (1) active license
