Comprehensive Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking talented and motivated professionals with at least 1-2 years experience in Healthcare Staffing & Recruitment in NY & NJ. You must have a proven track record of success with verifiable references and a stable job history in order to qualify.
Role & Responsibilities: Healthcare Staffing Recruiter / Coordinator:
- To recruit, hire, select and schedule Physical/Occupational /Speech Therapists, RN & LPNs in Healthcare facilities in New York & New Jersey.
- Conduct searches for Therapists / Nursing Staff utilizing recruiting skills.
- Evaluate the clinical skills of the Nurses & Therapists.
- Process Therapists & Nurses for scheduling with Healthcare Facilities.
- Refer facility staffing agreements with healthcare facilities for signing to the Comprehensive Staffing Solutions, LLC (CSS) Program Director.
- Manage and grow accounts.
- Follow-up on collection with all client facilities.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers at active accounts and maintain communication to address issues immediately as they arise.
- Must have diplomacy, solution-oriented and follow through skills.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients to develop a proactive approach to recruitment and retention.
- Have a pivotal role in achieving financial goals and in establishing achievable objectives.
- Maximizing the utilization of assets.
- Demonstrate effective and efficient managerial skills.
- Must be highly organized and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Incentives may be established for the right candidate. Experience is essential.
Occupational Therapist: Licensed in New York & New Jersey.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors /Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy and License/Eligibility to practice Occupational Therapy in New York & New Jersey.
Foreign Educated PTs: Must have US OT license with Visa Screen Certificate for filing H1B VISA.
Salary: Salary is commensurate with experience & qualifications. Plus benefits.
